OKRA landscape architects
Landscape architecture on Thursdays
OKRA’s distinctive design philosophy builds on three pillars: to imagine, to create, to innovate. Specializing on landscape design and urban planning, the Dutch practice tackles complex challenges with a spirit of curiosity and innovation, identifying opportunities to turn them into sustainable environments. OKRA´s work includes among others the Bobigny Memorial Park (2023), Catharijnesingel in Utrecht (European Prize for Public Space, 2022), and Small Zenne Park (competition first prize, 2021).
In his talk, associate landscape architect Pierre-Alexandre Marchevet will present a series of projects with a focus on urban and landscape design. Marchevet Pierre-Alexandre has a background in Applied Arts and Interior Design. He studied landscape architecture at the Versailles School of Landscape Architecture (ENSP) and at the Amsterdam Academy of Architecture.
This conference will take place at La Cambre-Horta's Faculty of Architecture in the auditorium Victor Bourgeois (Place Eugène Flagey 19, 1050 Bruxelles). The talk is part of the series “Les Jeudis du paysage”, a collaboration between CIVA and La Cambre.
