The skin between two gardens

A garden is, above all, the surface of an inner world: a place where utopias, natural geometries, and organs can be made visible. In the Garden of Sint-Alexius, created by Unik-ID, the opposition between shadow and light, disorder and reason, inner confinement and outer sharing is underlined by the creation of two gardens linked by a narrow passage above the water. A healing path weaves its way between the shadow of a birch grove with the clarity of a moving poem. The dialogue between inside and outside is done through a water mirror, imagined as a skin.
