Sofa Talk — An Fonteyne

An Fonteyne is our second guest in the Sofa Talk series, set-up by Gideon Boie and Lieven De Cauter. An Fonteyne is architect, founder of noAarchitecten and professor at ETH Zürich. The joint venture of noAarchitecten + EM2N + SergisonBates Architects has won the international design competition for the redevelopment of the former Citroën garage into KANAL, the new cultural hotspot of Brussels. In the sofa talk we will discuss the future of KANAL as urban platform, radical optimist museum architecture, the development of the Brussels Canal Area and more. The Sofa Talks are part of the Architecture & Activism seminar (KU Leuven Faculty of Architecture) and hosted by CIVA.
